My Faith at Home
My Faith at Home is a collection of 30+ short videos sharing the everyday faith of diverse people within the United Church. Each video features a person in their home sharing an object that is meaningful to their faith. Videos run from 30-seconds to 2-minutes long. You are encouraged to enjoy them and to share them. May your spirit be touched by these humble and heartfelt moments.
"To this day I have had help from God, and so I stand here, testifying to both small and great…" ~ Paul in the Book of Acts 26:22a
Vision of this Project
My Faith at Home is a Spirit-lead grassroots group project that lifts up how people connect with their faith at home.

The voices and stories of the people of God are as beautiful and powerful today as they have ever been. My Faith at Home is an invitation to share about our faith, yours and mine, in ways that are humble, confident and heartfelt.
"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." ~ Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew 6:21
4 Ways to be Involved
FOR YOU AND YOUR COMMUNITY OF FAITH

1. Enjoy and Share the Videos
Feel free to share the videos on your social media, by email, or even on-screen during your worship. The videos are Creative Commons, meaning no copyright or acknowledgement is needed.
2. Show-and-Tell with Your Community of Faith
Plan "My Faith at Home" moments IRL (in real life). Invite people to come forward to show-and-tell about a faith-related object from their home. This could happen during worship on Pentecost, or during a prayer group, youth group, a shared meal or other gathering.

3. Invite a Guest Speaker / Workshop Leader
Feel free to be in touch if you'd like a workshop or a guest speaker to visit your church. Together we'll explore the unexpected "how and why" to share about our faith. And, we'll experience the joy and connection of receiving other people's gentle, heartfelt evangelism.

4. Share About your Faith at Home
Consider ways you might share about your faith with family or friends who visit your home. Maybe at Thanksgiving, Christmas or simply on a Tuesday. Sharing about our faith story can connect us to others in meaningful, encouraging ways.
